1. About us

HeyCrochet.com (“HeyCrochet”, “we”, “us”) sells digital crochet patterns in PDF format. HeyCrochet is a collaboration between Dang Mai Anh, who runs the shop from Vietnam, and the designer Chip with Yarn, who creates every pattern. By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@heycrochet.com.

2. Orders, payment and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh), which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders. Polar processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, and issues your receipt or invoice. Polar's own terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The final price, including any taxes for your location, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally: a download is available right after payment, and a copy is emailed to the address you enter at checkout, normally within minutes. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you don't receive your file, contact us and we will resend it.

4. Your licence

Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use the pattern. You may print it for your own use and make and sell finished handmade items. You may not copy, share, resell, translate or publish the PDF, its text or its photos. Each file is personalised with the buyer's details. Full details are in our Pattern license.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

The patterns, their photos, text and designs are created by and copyright of the designer, Chip with Yarn. HeyCrochet sells them under licence from the designer. The rest of this website is copyright HeyCrochet. Using any of it without permission is not allowed.

7. Reviews and photos you send us

When you send us a review or a photo of your finished item, you allow us to show it on our website and social media with your first name. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

8. Liability

Our patterns are provided for personal crafting use. We take great care to make them accurate, but results depend on materials, tension and technique. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
